Our story began in 1858, honoring the pioneering Lacy brothers—Frank, George, Ewin, and Harry—who left their mark on Texas with their craftsmanship and the creation of the Blue Lacy, the state's official dog breed. Lacy Bros. is handcrafted in small batches, blends tradition with modern techniques, offering a crisp, silky finish ideal for sipping or enhancing cocktails.

Texas Mule
2 ounces Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka
.5 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
3 ounces ginger beer, chilled
Garnish: lime wheel and a mint leaf
How To:
Fill a glass with ice, then add the Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka and lime juice. Top with the ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint
Texas Tini
2.5 ounces vodka
.5 ounce dry vermouth
Garnish: lemon twist or olive
Optional: Olive brine
How To:
Add the vodka and dry vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very well-chilled, about 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, olive, or both.
Lacy Lemonade
2 ounces Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka
Lemonade (homemade or Simply Lemonade)
Ginger beer
Garnish: Lemon and ginger slice
How To:
Fill a glass with ice, then add the Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka.
Top with the lemonade and finish with a ginger beer float. Garnish with a lemon and a slice of ginger.
Lacy Bros & Soda
2 ounces Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka
Club Soda
Lemon or Lime Wedge
How To:
Fill a glass with ice, then add the Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka.Top with the club soda. Garnish with a lime.
Lacy Bros. Espresso Martini
2 ounces Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur (Mr. Black, Kahula)
1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed (or cold brew concentrate)
Optional: .25 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: coffee beans
How To:
Combine Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and optional simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with espresso beans.
Lacy Bros. Bloody Mary
2 ounces Lacy Bros. Small Batch Texas Vodka
4 ounces tomato juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Ground black pepper, Smoked paprika
Celery salt, 1 lemon wedge, 1 lime wedge
Garnish: Cornichons, 2 green olives, a baby onion, whole pepper, and a celery stalk
